Woman whose weight and height seemed ideal, frequently in certain parts of fat accumulation still occurs. So if they still want muscle gain, they still have to do the muscle exercise, of course in doing that exercise, they need trainer. For women who want be looked muscular, they usually do exercises such as treadmill, back up, pull down, dumber row, rowing, lunger, and others.
